How do you get the lightly coloured line around the inside of the icon, trying to make my own one for appzapper but really dont know how to do this please help!

Wish list for Flurry icons includes FileMaker Pro, OpenOffice.org, SpamSieve, and Fujitsu ScanSnap.

Love the style; been progressively replacing all my icons (via CandyBar) with Flurry ones.
